So at 11:30 last night I found my sweet tooth acting up.And since I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle I have absolutely no junk in the house. I did find a bag of chocolate chips though. So it was time to get creative since I didn’t have all the ingredients. What I created turned out to be the best cookies that have ever crossed my lips! And to beat it all, they’re actually healthy for you!
- 2 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 C. (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 C. Coconut Sugar
- 2 Lg Eggs
- 2 C. (1 12oz bag) Dark Cocolate Chips
In small bowl mix together Flour, Baking Soda, Salt & Cinnamon. In large bowl beat Eggs & Butter, add sugar until creamy. Gradually add Flour mixture. Mix Well. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Bake at 375* for 9-11 minutes.
