1 Hour Total body Vinyasa Yoga Flow


Thia is the yoga sequence I did just this morning. I feel SO GOOD that I had to share! ENJOY!!!

Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class appropriate for intermediate and strong beginner students. The practice is 45 minutes followed by a 5 minute Savasana. We work and stretch the entire body. Hope you enjoy this mindful yoga flow filmed outdoors. Feel energized and rejuvenated!
